About Lee Povey: I first started racing at 13 and coaching at 20. Cycling has been a massive part of my life and even though I concentrated on a business career for many years I have always raced and coached. More recently I have had a big change and now coach full time; applying the skills I have learnt from both my business and competition backgrounds to enable me to be able to coach to the highest level. I have coached a number of National Champions, some of whom have gone on to become World Champions and have built a reputation for discovering new talent, also for an honest and mentored approach. I have worked with the British Cycling Olympic Development Program and the Talent Team, also with local clubs running youth sessions. I am very excited about working with such a renowned coach as David Le Grys and look forward to coaching many athletes enabling them to unlock their full potential.
