Gate Start Clinic

Fast Track Coaching are going to run another Gate start clinic at Newport Velodrome on August 15th 2010.
This one day clinic will cover all aspects of the gate start, including the transitional phase in great detail, with video feedback and expert analysis after each effort.
Sunday will start with you arriving at 12pm to allow time to unload car and get set up for the rider briefing at 13.00 The session will start at 14.00 and finish at approx 18.15.
We guarantee we can cut down your first lap time and give you a repeatable technique allowing you to always perform fast, reliable starts.
This will be a limited size camp to ensure each rider gets a lot of individual attention and feedback. We are also offering individual bike fit sessions at £25 each over the weekend, where we will set your bike up in the best position for you to maximise your potential.
We expect a large number of enquires so I urge you to contact us immediately to avoid disappointment if you wish to participate.

Pre National Masters STS training sessions
Fast Track Coaching announce pre National and European Masters Championship Structured Training Session's (STS) now available on 6th and 27th June 2010 at Newport Velodrome, South Wales.
Each STS's is 4 hours of track time and aimed at riders wanting a hard structured training session and will accommodate sprinters, timed track events (pursuits, 500-100mm TT's) and endurance bunch riders.
We will be flexible and within reason be able to accommodate specific requests. Remember though that these are training sessions with the emphasis on a hard work out, not skills/tactics/feedback sessions like our weekend clinics.
These sessions will give you what YOU want unlike most SQT sessions that you have to follow what the coach recommends!

Starts/Track time trial clinic June 2010
David Le Grys and Lee Povey of www.fasttrackcoaching.biz are proud to announce details of our Starts and track Time Trial clinic on Saturday 12th June and Sunday 13th June at Newport Velodrome.
This two day clinic is for anyone competing in 500-750-1000 Sprint Time Trials, Pursuits or who just want to improve their gate start. With prior notification we could also accommodate Team Pursuit and Team Sprint squads.
The Clinic will cover starting technique, track and bike position, indoor track riding skills and pace judgement. There will be extensive verbal and video feedback throughout both days from two of the world's leading coaches. This clinic is limited to just 20 riders to ensure everyone one gets a high level of individual instruction and attention. Cost is £150 for the weekend's coaching and track time.
We are also offering individual bike fit sessions at £25 each over the weekend, where we will set your bike up in the best position for you to maximise your potential.
There will be opportunities over the weekend to try out your chosen event in race conditions with a start gate and with video feedback.

Sprint Tactics Clinic May 2010
David Le Grys and Lee Povey of www.fasttrackcoaching.biz are proud to announce details of our sprint tactics clinic on Saturday May 8th and Sunday May 9th at Newport Velodrome Wales.
This two day clinic will cover track sprinting race tactics in great detail on day one, with both video feedback and expert analysis after each effort. Day two we will cover Keirin race tactics with the same detail. This is a great opportunity to practice race tactics with expert feedback from two of the world's best sprint coaches.
Saturday’s session starts at 12pm with riders arriving and hopefully being able to have a go on WATT bikes before the rider briefing at 1pm, the session will finish at approx 6.15pm
Sunday there will be a road ride at 9.30 of approx 60 minutes and then we will be back at the track at 1pm for a rider briefing and finishing at approx 6pm.
